Common Fixing Methods Of PPR Insulation Pipe

Jan 08, 2022

1. Nail fixing: the commonly used method for fixing insulation pipes and cables. There are manual cards and nail guns in actual construction. It is recommended to use new white nails indoors. Theoretically, the fewer nails, the better. The empirical value is generally 30-35 square meters.

2. Mushroom head fixing: this fixing method does not require manual calculation of coil spacing, nor does it damage the insulation layer, and the overall value is very high. However, the cost is generally high, and due to the limitation of the production process of extruded board, the general insulation layer adopts high density.

3. Groove fixing: this method is generally used for dry floor heating. The aluminum layer is composed of thermal insulation layer (extruded board or polystyrene board), which can be installed in a modular manner. The cost is also relatively high, and the actual use is not much.
